摘要
外宣翻译是邢台红色文化对外宣传的必要手段,有助于邢台“走出去”文化战略的实现,对于凸显邢台地域文化、反映城市人文精神、构建城市形象和传播城市文化都发挥着重要作用。邢台市红色文化外宣翻译存在外宣翻译普及率低、翻译错误多和传播渠道单一等问题。针对上述问题,从认知、制度、实践三个维度提出发展策略:深化对红色文化外宣翻译文化价值的认知,将其纳入地方文化发展战略;完善翻译质量监督体系与长效审核机制,推动标准化建设;在实践层面,通过政府统筹、高校赋能与社会参与构建本土化专业翻译团队,并依托数字技术与国际传播平台拓展传播渠道。
Publicity translation is a necessary means for publicity of Xingtai revolutionary culture,which is conducive to the realization of Xingtai’s“going out”cultural strategy.It plays an important role in highlighting Xingtai’s regional culture,reflecting the humanistic spirit of the city,building the image of the city and spreading the culture of the city.There are some problems in the publicity translation of revolutionary culture in Xingtai City,such as low popularity of publicity translation,many translation errors and single communication channels.In view of the above problems,the research puts forward development strategies from three dimensions:cognition,system and practice.It is necessary to deepen the cognition of the cultural value of revolutionary culture publicity translation and incorporate it into the local cultural strategy;it is necessary to improve the translation quality supervision system and long-term evaluation mechanism to promote standardization construction;at the practical level,it is necessary to build a localized professional translation team through government coordination,university empowerment and social participation,and expand communication channels based on digital technology and international communication platforms.
