摘要
县域高中是中国基础教育体系的重要支撑力量。当前县域高中的发展呈现“单峰”与“双峰”两种结构形态,“单峰”往往源于自然竞争与资源集聚效应,“双峰”则多是在政策调控与制度干预下形成的结构性均衡。为加强县域高中的可持续建设,在县域之上,国家层面、市域层面已在规范招生制度方面进行政策探索并付诸实践;在县域层面,应从教育资源配置的优化、学校内涵发展和家校社协同等方面系统性打造一个竞争共生的教育生态系统。
County-level senior high schools constitute a pivotal pillar of China′s basic education system.At present,two structural patterns are observed:a"single-peak"pattern generated by natural competition and resource agglomeration,and a"dual-peak"pattern that emerges when policy levers and institutional interventions create a structurally balanced landscape.In order to strengthen the sustainable construction of county-level senior high schools,at the national and city levels above the county,policy exploration and practice have been carried in regulating the admission system;at the county level,it is necessary to systematically build a competitive and symbiotic educational ecosystem from the following aspects:the optimization of educational resource allocation,school connotation development,and home-school-community collaboration.
