基于CiteSpace软件的淡色库蚊研究现状与热点分析 被引量:1

Current status and hotspot analysis of research on Culex pipens pallens based on CiteSpace software

摘要 目的 了解淡色库蚊的研究现状和热点,为以后的研究工作提供方向指导。方法 对2004—2024年国内和国际淡色库蚊研究领域的相关文献进行检索,利用Excel 2019对文献发文量进行图表绘制,运用CiteSpace 6.2.R2软件对检索到的1 614篇中文文献和330篇英文文献分别进行可视化分析,包括发表时间、作者、研究机构、期刊、关键词的分析。结果 淡色库蚊相关文献发文量在2016年之前整体呈上升趋势,发文量最多的是中国。国际上作者和研究机构的合作强度均大于国内;发文量多的中文期刊主要有《中华卫生杀虫药械》和《中国媒介生物学及控制杂志》,发文量多的外文期刊有《PARASITES&VECTORS》、《JOURNAL OF MEDICAL ENTOMOLOGY》。近5年,国内淡色库蚊领域研究热点在蚊种构成、抗药性、杀虫剂和病媒生物等方面,国际主要集中在杀虫剂和杀虫活性、抗药相关基因、西尼罗河病毒和库蚊种群分类鉴别等方面。结论 目前,淡色库蚊研究领域的文献产出量已趋于稳态,中国学者在该领域的贡献度居于全球领先地位。研究热点主要聚焦于淡色库蚊种群杀虫剂抗性相关基因的分子调控机制,其次为西尼罗河病毒在淡色库蚊媒介系统中的传播动力学研究。因此,阐明淡色库蚊的媒介效能动态、抑制其对杀虫剂的抗药性及优化病媒生物综合防控策略仍是该领域未来研究的重要方向。 Objective In order to understand the current research status and research hotspots of Culex pipiens pallens,to provide direction and guidance for the future research work.Methods By searching for relevant literaturein the field of domestic and international Culex pipiens pallens research from 2004 to 2024,Excel 2019 was used to chart the number of literature publications,and CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software was used to visualize and analyze the 1614 retrieved Chinese and 330 retrieved English literatures respectively,including the publication time,authors,research institutions,journals,keyword analysis.Results The number of publications related to Culex pipiens pallens showed an overall increasing trend until 2016.The country with the most publications was China.The intensity of collaborationn was greater for both authors and research organizations internationally than domestically.The Chinese journals with a large number of publications were mainly CHINESE JOURNAL OF HYGIENIC INSECTICIDES&EQUIPMENTS and CHINESE JOURNAL OF VECTOR BIOLOGY AND CONTROL,and the foreign-language journals with a large number of publications were PARASITES&VECTORS and JOURNAL OF MEDICAL ENTOMOLOGY.In the past five years,domestic research in the field of Culex pipiens had focused on mosquito species composition,drug resistance,insecticides and vector biology,while international research in the field of Culex pipiens in the past five years had focused on insecticides and insecticidal activity,resistance-related genes,West Nile Virus,and taxonomic identification of Culex pipiens populations.Conclusions Currently,the volume of literature output in the field of Culex pipiens pallens research has stabilized,with Chinese scholars leading the world in terms of their contribution to the field.The research hotspots mainly focus on the molecular regulation mechanism of insecticide resistancerelated genes in Culex pipiens pallens,followed by the study of the transmission dynamics of West Nile virus in the vector system of Culex pipiens pallens.Therefore,elucidating the vector efficacy dynamics of Culexpipienspallens,suppressingg its insecticideresistanceandoptimizing the integrated vector control strategy are still important directions for future research in this field.
