基于“以学生为中心”重构器官系统形态学实验教学模式

Reconstructing the experimental teaching mode of organ system morphology based on the“Student-Centered”concept

摘要 我国医学教育长期采用“以学科为中心”的教学模式,虽然体现了医学科学的系统性,但学生在基础医学知识的学习上面临挑战。为应对新医科背景下的人才培养需求,我校于2012年构建了以器官系统为中心的基础医学整合课程,形态学实验课程是该整合课程的重要组成部分。在此基础上,本研究选取大连医科大学2021级(176名,原模式)和2022级(182名,新模式)5+3临床医学学生作为研究对象,通过比较两组学生的学习效果,分析两种教学模式下学生成绩分布,为进一步优化课程内容和教学形式提供依据。研究表明,以“学生为中心”的教学模式有效促进了医学教育改革,提升了学生的学习效果和满意度,为未来培养具备综合能力的医学人才奠定基础。 For a long time,medical education in China has adopted the“discipline-centered”teaching model,which,while reflecting the systematic nature of medical science,has also presented challenges for students in learning basic medical knowledge.To meet the talent-cultivation needs in the context of new-era medicine,our university established an integrated basic medical curriculum centered around organ systems in 2012.The morphological experiment course is an important part of this integrated curriculum.Based on this,this study selects 176 students from the 2021 cohort(original model)and 182 students from the 2022 cohort(new model)of 5+3 clinical medicine majors at Dalian Medical University as research subjects.By comparing the learning outcomes of the two groups and analyzing the grade distributions under the two teaching models,this study provides a basis for further optimizing the curriculum content and teaching methods.The research shows that the“student-centered”teaching model effectively promotes medical education reform,improves students’learning outcomes and satisfaction,and lays a foundation for cultivating medical talents with comprehensive abilities in the future.
