羟基蛋氨酸铁对断奶仔猪生长性能、铁吸收代谢、抗氧化功能和炎症因子的影响

Effects of iron hydroxy-methionine on growth performance,iron absorption and metabolism,antioxidant function,and inflammatory factor of weaned piglets

摘要 试验旨在探究饲粮中添加羟基蛋氨酸铁对断奶仔猪生长性能、铁吸收代谢、抗氧化功能和炎症因子的影响。选取14头体重(8.71±0.11)kg的35日龄“杜×长×大”断奶仔猪,随机分为2组,每组7个重复,每个重复1头仔猪。对照组在基础饲粮中添加100 mg/kg硫酸亚铁(以铁计),羟基蛋氨酸铁组在基础饲粮中添加70 mg/kg羟基蛋氨酸铁(以铁计)。预试期7 d,正式试验期21 d。结果显示,饲粮中添加羟基蛋氨酸铁对断奶仔猪生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,羟基蛋氨酸铁组红细胞数目、血红蛋白含量和血细胞比容有提高的趋势,血清铁含量显著升高(P<0.05);血清铁蛋白、铁调素和脱铁转铁蛋白含量显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,羟基蛋氨酸铁组试验第7天血清过氧化氢酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶及第21天血清过氧化氢酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β和肿瘤坏死因子-α含量显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮中添加羟基蛋氨酸铁可以改善断奶仔猪铁吸收代谢,提高抗氧化功能,降低炎症因子含量。 The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of adding iron hydroxy-methionine to the diet on growth performance,iron absorption and metabolism,antioxidant function,and inflammatory factor of weaned piglets.A total of fourteen 35-day-old'Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire'weaned piglets weighing(8.71±0.11)kg were randomly divided into two groups with seven replicates per group and one piglet per replicate.The control group was supplemented with 100 mg/kg ferrous sulfate(as iron)in the basal diet,and the iron hydroxy-methionine group was supplemented with 70 mg/kg iron hydroxy-methionine(as iron)in the basal diet.The pre-test period was seven days and the formal test period was 21 days.The results showed that adding iron hydroxy-methionine to the diet had no significant effect on the growth performance of weaned piglets(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the iron hydroxy-methionine group showed an increasing trend in red blood cell count,hemoglobin content,and hematocrit,while the serum iron content was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the levels of serum ferritin,ferritin,and transferrin were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the activities of serum catalase and glutathione peroxidase at seven days of experiment and catalase at 21 days in the iron hydroxy-methionine group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the concentrations of malondialdehyde,interleukin-6,interleukin-1β,and tumor necrosis factor-αwere significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding iron hydroxy-methionine to the diet can improve iron absorption and metabolism,increase antioxidant function,and reduce inflammatory factor concentrations in weaned piglets.
