摘要
在数字化时代,生物医学数据开放共享对科研与医疗健康领域发展意义重大。随着技术进步与应用场景拓展,众多组织急需构建有效的评估模型来优化数据管理。基于此,文章提出一个生物医学数据开放共享成熟度模型,用于评估组织在数据管理和共享方面的综合能力,并提出针对性改进建议,推动相关领域发展。该模型基于成熟度模型理论及国内外实践经验,从基础设施、组织管理、技术应用、安全保障和数据效用等维度综合评估。经系统分析,划分出从初始级到优化级5个成熟度等级,每个等级对应特定成熟度水平。该模型可为组织提供科学实用的评估与改进工具,有效提升数据开放共享水平,助力相关领域可持续发展。
In the digital era,open shared biomedical data is crucial for research and healthcare.As technology advances and application scenarios and.organizations need effective evaluation models to optimize data management.Consequendy,it presents a maturity model for assessing organizations'data management and sharing capabilities,offering targeted suggestions to promote relevant field development.Based on maturit-niodel theory and international experience,the model evaluates across infrastructure,organizational management,technology application,security assurance,and data utility.Systematic analysis identifies five maturity leveLs from initial to optimized,each tied to a specific maturity state.It proxides a practical tool for organizations to evaluate and improve tlieir data-sharing practices,thereby driving sustainable development in related fields.
