摘要
目的 分析人布鲁氏菌病抗体检验中虎红平板凝集试验、试管凝集试验的作用。方法 选取2022年1月—2023年12月聊城市茌平区疾病预防控制中心100例与牛羊有密切接触的人群作为研究对象,入选后均采集静脉血,以此为标本,进行虎红平板凝集试验和试管凝集试验,最终进行细菌培养并以其结果为金标准,分析研究方案的检出情况和效能情况,统计2组检验时间,比较试验人员对2种检验方式的满意率。结果 细菌培养结果中,100例疑似患者有4例确诊,阳性率为4.00%,阴性率为96.00%。虎红平板凝集试验试验中阳性率为5.00%(5/100),试管凝集试验试验中阳性率为2.00%(2/100)。虎红平板凝集试验和试管凝集试验的诊断效能比较,差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。试管凝集试验时间为(20.31±3.54)h,虎红平板凝集试验时间为(0.85±0.12)h,虎红平板凝集试验时间短于试管凝集试验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。虎红平板凝集试验的满意率为100%,试管凝集试验的满意率为50%,虎红平板凝集试验高于试管凝集试验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 虎红平板凝集试验耗时较短,可以对筛选出的患病者及时进行治疗。
Objective To analyze the role of rose-bengal plate agglutination test and serum agglutination test in human brucellosis antibody testing.Methods A total of 100 people who had close contact with cattle and sheep in the Chiping District Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Liaocheng City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.After enrollment,venous blood was collected from all of them as specimens.The rose-bengal plate agglutination test and the serum agglutination test were then conducted.Finally,bacterial culture was performed,and its results were used as the gold standard to analyze the detection and efficacy of the research protocol,compared the inspection time of the two groups,and compare the satisfaction rates of the testing personnel with the two testing methods.Results Among the results of bacterial culture,4 out of the 100 suspected patients were confirmed,with a positive rate of 4.00%and a negative rate of 96.00%.In the rose-bengal plate agglutination test,the positive rate was 5.00%(5/100),and in the serum agglutination test,the positive rate was 2.00%(2/100).When comparing the diagnostic efficacies of the rose-bengal plate agglutination test and the serum agglutination test,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The time taken for the tube agglutination test was(20.31±3.54)hours,and that for the rose-bengal plate agglutination test was(0.85±0.12)hours.The time of the rose-bengal plate agglutination test was shorter than that of the tube agglutination test,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the rose-bengal plate agglutination test was 100%,and that of the serum agglutination test was 50%.The satisfaction rate of the rose-bengal plate agglutination test was higher than that of the serum agglutination test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rose-bengal plate agglutination test taked less time,allowing for timely treatment of screened patients.
