摘要
试验旨在探究比较不同检测方法在布鲁氏杆菌病诊断中的应用价值。在试验条件完全相同的情况下,首先采用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)对待检血清进行初筛,初筛阳性的样品再分别进行传统试管凝集试验和微量凝集试验,并分别通过比浊对照法以及酶标仪读数法对检测结果进行判定。结果显示,两种检验方法的稳定性均较好,二者的阳性符合率为96.9%,但微量法操作更简便;同时酶标仪读数法消除判读时的主观因素干扰,精确度更高。研究表明,实际工作中可根据环境条件和样本数量选择相应的检测方法,应用于畜间布鲁氏杆菌病监测和诊断,能够大幅度提高检测的准确率和工作效率。
The purpose of the experiment was to explore and compare the application value of different detection methods in the diagnosis of Brucellosis.Under the same test conditions,the tiger red plate agglutination test(RBPT) was used to preliminarily screen the serum to be tested,and the samples with positive initial screening were subjected to the traditional tube agglutination test and micro agglutination test respectively,and the test results were judged by turbidimetric control and microplate reader respectively.The results showed that the stability of the two methods was good,and the positive coincidence rate of the two methods was 96.9%,but the micro method was easier to operate.At the same time,the reading method of the microplate reader eliminates the interference of subjective factors during interpretation,and has higher accuracy.The study indicates that in actual work,the corresponding detection methods can be selected according to the environmental conditions and the number of samples,which can be applied to the monitoring and diagnosis of Brucellosis among livestock,and can greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of detection.
