摘要
在公立医院高质量发展背景下,人力资源管理信息化建设成为优化资源配置、提升服务效能的关键抓手。基于此,本文围绕A医院人力资源管理信息化建设不足所面临的问题,包括现有系统信息化程度不高、人力资源管理模式落后、信息孤岛效应和数据壁垒双重障碍,提出公立医院人力资源管理信息化建设的建议和策略,包括完善人力资源管理信息系统功能架构、促进人员队伍全方位提升、全方位增强系统防护能力。本文所提出的策略加以落实,可助力A医院的高质量发展。
Strengthening the information construction of human resource management is a key measure for public hospitals to effectively enhance the competitiveness of the industry.Under the background of high-quality development of public hospitals,the informatization construction of human resource management has become the key to optimizing resource allocation and improving service efficiency.Based on this,this paper focuses on the problems faced by the insufficient informatization construction of human resource management in hospital A,including the low level of informatization of the existing system,the backward mode of human resource management,the double obstacles of information island effect and data barrier.Suggestions and strategies for the informatization construction of human resource management in public hospitals are put forward,including improving the functional structure of human resource management information system,promoting the all-round improvement of personnel team,and enhancing the system protection ability in an all-round way.The implementation of the strategies proposed in this paper can help the high-quality development of A hospital.
