摘要
目的探究我国公立医院床位管理领域相关文献的研究热点,分析该领域的研究趋势,为未来进一步深入研究提供参考依据。方法以中国知网和万方数据为检索数据库,检索2000年后我国公立医院床位管理相关研究文献,筛选后纳入745篇中文文献,用Citespace 6.1R5对文献的发表年份,作者和机构间的合作情况以及研究热点进行分析。结果2009年以来,我国公立医院床位管理研究呈现显著增长趋势。学术合作网络整体较为松散,机构合作图谱密度为0.0027,作者合作图谱密度为0.0078,学术联动较少。关键词共现与聚类分析表明,床位效率(中心性0.28)为核心议题。关键词突现分析显示,当前研究聚焦于“全院一张床”“跨科收治”等运营模式创新,以及“精细化管理”“患者满意度”等服务质量优化路径。结论建议加强跨机构、跨学科协作网络,完善公立医院床位评价体系,探索兼具效率与质量的管理模式,强化研究成果向管理决策的转化路径,提升床位资源的使用效率和医疗服务价值。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and emerging trends in bed management literature of Chinese public hospitals,providing a reference for further research.Methods Literature related to bed management in public hospitals published since the year 2000 was sourced from the CNKI and Wanfang databases.A total of 745 literature was analyzed regarding publication year,author-institution cooperation,and research hotspots by using Citespace 6.1R5 software.Results Since 2009,research on bed management in Chinese public hospitals has shown a marked increase in publications.However,academic collaboration among researchers and institutions remains insufficient,with low collaboration density(0.0027 for institutions and 0.0078 for authors).Keyword co-occurrence and cluster analysis identified"bed efficiency"(centrality 0.28)as the core focus.Burst keyword analysis revealed emerging trends in operational innovations and service quality optimization,notably refined management,patient satisfaction metrics,inter-departmental admissions,and the implementation of"One Bed in the Whole Hospital"approach.Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen cross-institutional and interdisciplinary collaboration networks,refine bed evaluation systems for public hospitals,and develop management models that balance efficiency with quality.Additionally,translating research findings into actionable management strategies is critical to enhancing bed utilization efficiency and maximizing the value of healthcare services.
