摘要
到大医院"看病难"、"住院难"是目前患者面临的难题。医院床位实行统一管理,允许跨科收治病人,可以合理调配资源,减少病人等待时间,提高医院的社会效益和经济效益。文章通过对跨科收治病人做法的利弊分析,结合所在医院的实践,提出了做好跨科收治病人,缓解大医院就医紧张的对策建议。
Difficult of visiting and admitting in tertiary hospital is a big trouble for patients. Unity distribution beds and trans-departmental admission patient can rationally allocate resources, shorten patient＇ s waiting time and promote hospital＇ s economic benefit and social benefit. Pros and cons of trans-departmental admission are analyzed. Combined with the situations of hospital, suggestions such as trans-departmental admission to reduce tertiary hospital ＇ s tense of visiting and admitting are discussed.
