基于问题教学法联合以团队为基础教学法在骨科临床教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨基于问题教学法(PBL)联合以团队为基础教学法(TBL)在临床骨科本科实习生带教中的应用。方法选取2022年6至2024年4月西安交通大学第二附属医院96名五年制实习生,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(传统教学法,48名)和观察组(PBL联合TBL教学模式,48名),通过出科考试与问卷调查相结合方式,对两组进行授课效果比较。结果与对照组相比,观察组学生具有更高的考核成绩和教学满意度(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合TBL教学模式教学效果良好,可显著提高骨科实习生的成绩及满意度。 Objective To explore the application of problem-based teaching method combined with team-based teaching method in the teaching of undergraduate clinical orthopedic interns.Methods A total of 96 five-year interns from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from June 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided them into a control group(traditional teaching method,48 students)and an observation group(PBL combined with TBL teaching method,48 students)according to the random number table method.The teaching effects of the two groups were compared through the combination of the graduation examination and questionnaire survey.Results Compared with the control group,students in the observation group had higher graduation scores and teaching satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions The PBL combined with TBL teaching mode has a good teaching effect and can significantly improve the performance and satisfaction of orthopedic interns.
