摘要
通过试验探讨了SBS改性沥青防水卷材厚度、SBS含量和不同焊接方式对接缝剥离强度的影响。结果表明,采用机械焊接方式时,Ⅰ型防水卷材3 mm与4 mm厚度的接缝剥离强度基本接近,Ⅱ型防水卷材4 mm比3 mm厚度的接缝剥离强度大;SBS含量较低的Ⅰ型防水卷材接缝剥离强度小于SBS含量较高的Ⅱ型防水卷材。对于相同规格的SBS改性沥青防水卷材,采用机械焊接比人工焊接的接缝剥离强度大。
This article investigates the effects of membrane thickness,SBS content,and different welding methods on the seam peeling strength of SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane.The results indicate that when using mechanical welding method,the seam peeling strength of typeⅠwaterproofing membrane with a thickness of 3 mm and 4 mm is similar,while typeⅡmembrane with 4 mm thickness exhibits higher seam peeling strength than those with 3 mm thickness.TypeⅠmembrane with lower SBS content shows lower seam peeling strength compared to typeⅡmembrane with higher SBS content.For membranes of same specification,mechanical welding method results in higher seam peeling strength than manual welding method.
