摘要
研究了以70#基质沥青、SBS改性剂、胶粉和填料为主要原料制备SBS改性沥青防水卷材过程中,岩沥青、10#沥青、PP增塑剂等对改性沥青涂盖料和SBS改性沥青防水卷材软化点、针入度、低温柔性和接缝剥离强度等的影响。结果表明,随着岩沥青掺量的增加,改性沥青涂盖料的高温稳定性能大幅提升,针入度显著降低;卷材的接缝剥离强度增大。总体表明岩沥青能有效改善改性沥青涂盖料的多种性能,在市场下行的大环境下,可为SBS改性沥青防水卷材进一步降本增效提供可行的技术途径。
This article investigates the effects of rock asphalt,10#asphalt,PP plasticizer on the softening point,penetration,low-temperature flexibility,and seam peeling strength of SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane in the process of preparing the membrane with 70#matrix asphalt,SBS modifier,rubber powder and filler as the main raw materials.The results demonstrate that as the rock asphalt content increases,the high-temperature stability of the modified asphalt coating significantly improves,the penetration decreases,and the seam peeling strength increases.The results generally indicate that rock asphalt can effectively enhance multiple properties of modified asphalt coating.In the declining market environment,this article provides a feasible technical approach to further reduce the costs and improve efficiency in the production of SBS modified waterproofing membrane.
