全氧燃烧烘烤技术在钢铁包烘烤器技术改造中的应用研究

摘要 全氧燃烧烘烤技术在钢铁包上的应用是钢铁行业实现节能减排目标的重要创新方向。系统阐述了全氧燃烧烘烤技术的热力学原理与设备结构特征,针对蓄热式烘烤工艺存在的排烟热损失高、温度均匀性差等技术瓶颈,通过构建氧燃比例自动调节模型、开发分级卷吸燃烧装置等关键技术,实现了钢铁包烘烤过程的能效优化。实践表明,应用该技术后,单台设备节能率达30%,年节约标准煤2900 t,CO_(2)减排量达7300 t,具有显著的经济与环境效益。 The application of oxy fuel combustion baking technology on steel ladles is an important innovative direction for the steel industry to achieve energy-saving and emission reduction goals.The system elucidates the thermodynamic principles and equipment structural characteristics of the all oxygen combustion baking technology.In response to the technical bottlenecks of high exhaust heat loss and poor temperature uniformity in the regenerative baking process,key technologies such as constructing an automatic oxygen combustion ratio adjustment model and developing a graded suction combustion device have been used to optimize the energy efficiency of the steel ladle baking process.Practice has shown that after applying this technology,the energy saving rate of a single device can reach 30%,saving 2900 tons of standard coal annually and reducing CO_(2) emissions by 7300 tons,with significant economic and environmental benefits.
