摘要
水稻常和小麦芽联合使用作为慢性肾脏疾病治疗的辅助药品,但这个过程中稻芽-麦芽的用药规律还未得到系统的阐释。因此,研究提出了一种基于聚类分析和图神经网络的用药规律智能分析方法。实验结果表明,研究提出的方法对于药方、用药阶段和治疗效果三类数据聚类的调整兰德指数分别为0.82、0.86和0.87,平均调整兰德指数值为0.85。并最终得出在慢性肾脏疾病患病初期和中期使用5~15 g的稻芽-麦芽作为辅助药剂,可以有效提高慢性肾脏疾病的治疗效果的结论。以上结果表明了水稻对于慢性肾脏疾病治疗的重要性和有效性,进一步说明了水稻的药用价值。
Rice is often used in combination with wheat sprouts as an adjuvant drug for the treatment of chronic kidney diseases.However,the medication pattern of rice sprouts and malt in this process has not been systematically explained.Therefore,the study proposed an intelligent analysis method for medication patterns based on cluster analysis and graph neural networks.The experimental results show that the adjusted Rand indices of the proposed method for clustering three types of data,namely prescriptions,medication stages and therapeutic effects,are 0.82,0.86 and 0.87 respectively,and the average Adjusted Rand Index value is 0.85.And finally,it was concluded that using 5-15 g of rice spore-malt as an adjunctive agent in the early and middle stages of chronic kidney disease can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of chronic kidney disease.The above results demonstrate the significance and effectiveness of rice in the treatment of chronic kidney diseases,and further illustrate the medicinal value of rice.
