摘要
以泉州地区各县市农户多年种植的“泉珍10号”自留种为材料,通过“单穗选择-穗行比较-株系选种”的提纯复壮方法,对常规早稻“泉珍10号”进行提纯复壮,为品种的纯度恢复、特性保持和延长推广应用提供种质支撑。同时结合科学的繁育栽培技术,提高品种的产量和品质,促进其在农业生产中的应用。
Using the self-retained seeds of Quanzhen 10 planted by farmers in various counties and cities of Quanzhou for many years as materials,the purification and rejuvenation of conventional early rice Quanzhen 10 were carried out through the method of single panicle selection-panicle row comparison-plant line seed selection.This provides germplasm support for restoring the purity,maintaining the characteristics and extending the popularization and application of the variety.At the same time,combined with scientific breeding and cultivation techniques,the yield and quality of the variety are improved,so as to promote its application in agricultural production.
