摘要
以鸭血糯为原料,通过乙醇-盐酸浸提得到醇提物,采用比较法研究该醇提物与VC和BHT对DPPH(二苯代苦味酰基自由基)、羟自由基以及超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用。结果表明,在一定范围内,鸭血糯醇提物对DPPH自由基、羟自由基以及超氧阴离子自由基的抑制作用与该醇提物的浓度呈正相关。在(0.02~0.10)g/L浓度范围内,鸭血糯醇提物对DPPH自由基、羟自由基以及超氧阴离子自由基均有清除作用,但小于VC的清除能力,其清除DPPH自由基的能力略小于BHT。而且,鸭血糯醇提物清除DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的能力相当,但小于其清除羟自由基的能力。
Yaxuenuo ethanol extract was retained from Yaxuenuo which extracting using ethanol-HCl.Yaxuenuo ethanol extract which is compared with VC and BHT of the scavenging ability to DPPH radical,hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical is direct proportion to the concentration of the ethanol extract.When the concentration is within(0.02~0.10) g/L,the scavenging ability of Yaxuenuo ethanol extract to DPPH radical,hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical is weaker than that of VC,and a little bit smaller than that of BHT by scavenging DPPH radical.Moreover,the scavenging ability of Yaxuenuo ethanol extract to DPPH radical and superoxide anion radical are almost the same,but less than its ability of scavenging hydroxyl radical.
