眼科学检测技术在帕金森病中应用的研究进展

摘要 帕金森病(Parkinsons disease,PD)是临床常见的神经退行性疾病,发病隐匿,早期症状缺乏特异性且无有效的生物标志物,因此,PD诊断主要基于运动症状。但近年来研究发现,在疾病早期视觉功能损害是PD常见的非运动症状之一。PD患者视觉系统的形态与功能改变可能与多巴胺能神经元变性有关,通过对视觉损害的检测可揭示PD的内在神经功能损害,为PD的诊断及病情评估提供客观依据。目前有多种眼科学检测技术被应用于PD患者视觉损害的检查,如眼动追踪技术、视觉电生理检查、光学相干断层扫描等。本文对部分眼科学检测技术及其应用于PD的研究进展进行综述,以期为进一步的应用研究提供参考。 Parkinson's disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disorder in clinical practice,with a stealthy onset and lack of specific symptoms and biomarkers in the early stage.At present,the diagnosis of PD mainly relies on its motor symptoms.Recent studies have found that visual function impairment is one of the common non-motor symptoms of PD,which can appear in the early stage of the disease,and the morphological and functional changes of the visual system in PD patients may be related to the degeneration of dopaminergic neurons.By detecting visual impairment,it can reveal the underlying neurological damage in PD,providing objective evidence for the diagnosis and assessment of the disease.There are many ophthalmological detection techniques that are used to check for visual impairment in PD patients,such as eye-tracking technology,visual electrophysiological examination,and optical coherence tomography.This review will summarize some of the ophthalmological detection techniques and their application in PD research,hoping to provide reference for further research.
