农业碳排放时空特征与动态演进研究

摘要 开展农业碳排放的时空特征与动态演进研究对实现绿色低碳发展具有重要意义。根据我国2001~2022年30个省份农业碳排放数据,采用莫兰指数、核密度估计等方法分析样本省份农业碳排放时空特征。研究发现,样本省份农业碳排放空间布局具有显著同质性,高-高集聚或低-低集聚特征明显,且伴随时间的推移,农业碳排放的空间同质性不断增强、异质性不断扩大。根据研究结论,提出加强省域间碳减排合作治理、强化政府农业政策导向功能、推进农业生产性服务组织建设等对策建议。 It is of vital significance to research the spatial and temporal characteristics and dynamic evolution of agricultural carbon emissions to achieve green and low-carbon development.Based on the agricultural carbon emission data of 30 provinces in China from 2001 to 2022,the spatial and temporal characteristics of agricultural carbon emissions in the sample provinces were analyzed using the Moran index and kernel density estimation.It is found that the spatial layout of agricultural carbon emissions in the sample provinces is significantly homogeneous,exhibiting obvious characteristics of high-high agglomeration or low-low agglomeration.Furthermore,the spatial homogeneity of agricultural carbon emissions has been increasing,while heterogeneity has been expanding over time.Based on the study's conclusions,countermeasures are proposed to strengthen inter-provincial cooperation and governance of carbon emission reduction,enhance the government's agricultural policy guidance function,and promote the development of agricultural production service organizations.
