在全民国家安全教育十周年之际,《新时代的中国国家安全》发布,于关键时期填补空白,彰显战略自信,具有五大意义,开创性与时效性俱佳。白皮书推进总体国家安全观理论发展,创新阐释总体国家安全观的核心要义,从七个方面充分论述,凝练优化了总体国家安全观的理论体系。此外,白皮书系统梳理新时代国家安全护航中国式现代化的五大成就,以全球安全观革故鼎新,以全球安全倡议引领未来,既彰显实践伟力,也彰显大国担当。
Shortly after the 1oth anniversary of National Security Education Day,the white paper "China's National Security in the New Era"arrives at a pivotal moment,filling a critical void,projecting strategic confidence,and delivering five landmark contributions that make it both path-breaking and time-sensitive.The white paper promotes the theoretical development of the holistic approach to national security,makes innovation in its core ideas,fully elaborates on it from seven aspects,and refines and optimizes its theoretical system.In addition,the white paper systematically sorts out the five major achievements of national security in the new era in support for the progress of Chinese modernization.It breaks new ground with the "vision for global security"and shapes the future with the Global Security Initiative,which demonstrates not only the practical significance but also the responsibility of China beftting a major country.
