摘要
本文以培养“厚药德、重药规、强药技”的高素质复合型中药行业技术技能人才为目标,围绕服务中药产业发展的需求,基于中药学专业群的教学实践,开展“立德树人”育人,“软环境”建设和“岗课赛证”教学实践,“硬环境”建设的系统研究。通过实施“五金”建设工程,全面提升学生的综合素养和可持续发展能力,实现思想政治教育与技术技能培养的深度融合。本研究旨在探索职业教育高质量人才培养的新模式,构建个人成长、企业发展与社会进步协同共进的可持续发展机制,为中药产业转型升级提供有力的人才支撑和智力支持。
Aiming to cultivate high-quality composite technical and skilled talents for the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry with"profound medical ethics,strict pharmaceutical regulations,and strong pharmaceutical skills",this paper carries out a systematic study on"morality cultivation"education,"soft environment"construction,"post-course-competition-certificate"teaching practice,and"hard environment"construction based on the teaching practice of TCM specialty group and the needs of serving TCM industry development.Through the implementation of the"Five Gold"construction project,the comprehensive literacy and sustainable development ability of students are comprehensively improved,and the deep integration of ideological and political education and technical skill training is realized.This study aims to explore a new model for high-quality talent cultivation in vocational education,construct a sustainable development mechanism for collaborative progress among personal growth,enterprise development,and social progress,and provide strong talent support and intellectual support for the transformation and upgrading of the TCM industry.
