摘要
目的探究ADDIE教学模型在骨科临床实习生中的应用效果。方法选取2021年12月—2024年12月重庆建设医院骨科60名实习生,按随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=30)实施传统教学模式,观察组(n=30)实施ADDIE教学模式,对比两组学习趣味、知识考核成绩及临床综合能力。结果观察组学习形式(95.23±1.35)分、情感体验(95.78±1.39)分、技术赋能(95.67±1.56)分,均高于对照组的(93.49±1.46)分、(94.37±1.47)分、(94.51±1.72)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.793,3.817,2.736;P均<0.05)。观察组实习生知识考核成绩高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组实习生临床综合能力高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论较于传统教学模式,骨科临床实习生应用ADDIE教学模式,可有效提高实习生学习趣味性、提高知识考核成绩、强化临床综合能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of the ADDIE teaching model in orthopedic clinical interns.Methods Sixty interns from the Department of Orthopedics of Chongqing Construction Hospital from December 2021 to December 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(n=30)for the traditional teaching mode and the observation group(n=30)for the ADDIE teaching mode by the random number table method.The learning interests,knowledge assessment scores and clinical comprehensive abilities of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of learning form,emotional experience,and technical empowerment were 95.23±1.35,95.78±1.39,95.67±1.56 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,which were 93.49±1.46,94.37±1.47 and 94.51±1.72 respectively,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.793,3.817,2.736;all P<0.05).The scores of the knowledge assessment of the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The clinical comprehensive ability score of the interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the application of the ADDIE teaching mode by orthopedic clinical interns can effectively enhance the learning interest of interns,improve their knowledge assessment scores,and strengthen their comprehensive clinical abilities.
