摘要
本研究聚焦电工电子实验室的安全管理问题,通过深入分析实验室中潜在的电气风险、操作失误、环境因素及设备老化等风险,提出了一系列针对性的安全管理策略,建议采用智能监测技术,如智能电弧监测系统和高精度剩余电流保护装置,以提升实验室的安全防护能力。同时,强调了构建完善的安全管理体系的重要性,包括实验室安全责任制度、实验人员培训与准入机制、实验操作规程与风险评估等。此外,还探讨了设备管理与应急防护措施,如完善个人防护装备、设置应急处理装置以及定期检修与维护实验设备。本研究旨在为高校电工电子实验室的安全管理提供理论依据和实践指导,以降低安全风险,提升实验教学的安全性和可操作性。
This paper conducts an in-depth investigation into the safety management of electrical and electronic laboratories.By analyzing risks such as electrical accidents,operational errors,environmental factors,and equipment aging,corresponding safety management strategies are proposed.The study recommends the adoption of intelligent monitoring technologies,including intelligent arc monitoring systems and high-precision residual current protection devices,to enhance laboratory safety.Additionally,it highlights the importance of establishing a comprehensive safety management system,encompassing safety responsibility policies,training and access regulations for experimenters,and standardized operating procedures with risk assessments.Furthermore,equipment management and emergency protection measures are discussed,such as improving personal protective equipment,setting up emergency response devices,and conducting regular inspections and maintenance of laboratory equipment.This research aims to provide theoretical and practical guidance for the safety management of electrical and electronic laboratories in universities,reducing risks and improving the safety and operability of experimental teaching.
