摘要
锂离子电池近年来逐渐成为科学研究的热点,但电池安全事故时有发生,需要采取有效的管控措施保障高校锂离子电池相关实验安全。通过分析锂离子电池安全性问题原理以及锂离子电池实验管理现状,对相应的安全管控措施进行了探索研究。结合锂离子电池实验特征及高校实验室安全管理特点,构建了新型的“三全”锂离子电池实验安全管控体系,即以全层级、全要素、全流程模式,从人员、危险因素、实验过程的不同角度提出了相应的管控措施。“三全”管控体系可以为高校电池实验安全管理提供新的思路和参考,保障高校实验室安全运行。
Li-ion batteries become a hot spot in academic research in recent years.However,due to the incidents caused by the batteries,effective management measures are necessary for experimental safety of Li-ion batteries in universities.On the basis of analysis of the safety issue mechanism as well as management situation of Li-ion batteries experiment,the safety management measures are explored and studied.Based on the characteristics of Li-ion batteries experiment and lab safety management characteristics in universities,the new“threecompleteness”battery safety management system are proposed,including complete hierarchy,elements and process.The management measures are proposed from different perspectives of personnel,hazardous factors and experiment process.The management measures can provide new reference for the safety management of the batteries experiment of the universities,as well as safeguard for safe operation of the laboratories in universities.
