摘要
矿用高强度圆环链广泛用于煤矿刮板输送机、刨煤机、滚筒采煤机等设备,其应用范围广、用量大,但是也存在质量不稳定、易出现断裂等问题。本文针对圆环链试验负荷下伸长率这一性能参数,提出了一种直接变形测量方法,从而提升了测量的准确性。
High-tensile steel chains(round link)for mining is widely used in scraper conveyors,coal ploughs and drum shearers in coal mine.It has a wide range of applications and a large amount of consumption,but there are also many problems,such as unstable quality and easy fracture.In the paper,a direct deformation measurement method is proposed for the performance parameter of elongation under the test load of round link,which improves the measurement accuracy.
