脉冲电机驱动端面卡盘设计及切削性能实验分析

摘要 数控机床中端面卡盘在轴类加工件安装固定中得到广泛应用,卡盘设计的平衡性直接影响到加工件挠度变形以及尺寸精度。设计了一种具有自调节能力的端面卡盘结构,并给出了步进电机脉冲数误差补偿方案。依托于Labview数据测试系统监测的切削力开展测试分析。采用补偿法校正直径偏移后加工件由弯引起误差控制在设计范围中,证实所提方法可以有效描述实际弯曲程度,具有很高的使用价值。 End face chucks in CNC machine tools are widely used in the installation and fixation of shaft-type processed parts.The balance of the chuck design directly affects the deflection deformation and dimensional accuracy of the processed parts.An end face chuck structure with self-regulating ability was designed,and the error compensation scheme for the pulse number of the stepping motor was given.The test analysis is carried out based on the cutting force monitored by the Labview data test system.After correcting the diameter offset by the compensation method,the error caused by bending of the processed workpiece was controlled within the design range.It was confirmed that the proposed method can effectively describe the actual bending degree and has high application value.
