摘要
根据某风力发电机座的孔径加工要求,结合其孔径及孔深特点,提出了设计专用镗削机床以实现该类大型零部件的镗孔加工.实践证明该方案在装备投入以及在实现大型动力装备零部件高效率、高质量的镗孔加工方面具备优势.
According to the aperture processing requirements of a certain type wind generator frame, and in com bination with ts characteristics of the diameter and depth of the hole, this paper designs a special boring ma chine to achieve the boring processing of the kind of large parts. The practice has proved that this scheme has the advantage in the realization of large-scale power equipment parts with high efficiency, and high quality of the boring processing.
