基于CiteSpace的应急医疗物资储备的可视化研究

摘要 目的 剖析国内外应急医疗物资储备的研究进展及热点演化路径。方法 本文以Web of Science核心合集和CNKI中2004~2024年共计640篇国内外文献作为研究对象,从发文脉络、学科分布、作者及研究机构、高被引论文、关键词主题路径追踪、聚类分析等多维度出发,基于CiteSpace文献计量软件进行可视化分析。结果 国内发文数量在2008年汶川地震等重大突发事件后增长,尤其是在新冠疫情后实现井喷式增长,并在近年来趋于稳定;而国外文献发表一直处于波动式缓慢上升状态,但同样在新冠疫情后实现发文量激增。国内研究以法学、经济学、公共管理等学科为基础;国外研究主要学科为Engineering、Operations Research Management Science等。国内高被引论文聚焦应急医疗物资储备的关键问题和解决路径,包括应急物流中心选址、应急物资并发分配与调度优化模型等;国外则多围绕应急医疗物资配置的模型算法展开,注重多学科交叉研究应用。国内研究热点从应急管理体系与策略构建,逐步深入到应急救援、卫生应急响应及应急物流与物资调配等领域;国外则从数学建模、优化选址等基础研究起步,逐渐扩展到灾害管理与应急响应、应急医疗服务与供应链优化、调度与优化算法应用以及深度学习等新技术在应急医疗物资储备领域的创新应用。结论 国内外应急医疗物资储备研究在起始时间及发展趋势上存在趋同性,均与重大传染病全球暴发流行等紧密相关;国内外研究群体及机构均较分散,待形成广泛学术共识和紧密研究团队;国内研究聚焦于体系构建、模式创新等方面,国外则在数理、计算机科学等学科领域有深入研究,侧重模型优化与策略设计。研究的整体趋势为由宏观理论向具体实践、由单一学科向跨学科融合不断深化。 Objective To analyze the research progress and the evolutionary route of hotspots in emergency medical supplies reserves both domestically and internationally.Methods This study examined a total of 640 domestic and international papers sourced from the Web of Science Core Collection and CNKI,spanning the period from 2004 to 2024.Employing a multifaceted approach including the context of publication,disciplinary distribution,authors,research institutions,highly cited papers,keyword theme tracking,and cluster analysis,a visual analysis was conducted by using the CiteSpace bibliometric software.Results The volume of domestic publications witnessed a notable surge following significant unforeseen events,notably the 2008 Wenchuan Earthquake,and achieved a substantial spike particularly after the COVID-19 pandemic,subsequently stabilizing in recent times.Conversely,international literature publication has demonstrated a steady,albeit fluctuating,upward trajectory,with a marked increase in output similarly observed after the COVID-19 outbreak.Domestically,research endeavors primarily revolved around disciplines such as law,economics,and public administration.In contrast,international research primarily focused on disciplines like"Engineering"and"Operations Research Management Science".In terms of highly cited papers,domestic research focuses on key issues and solutions for emergency medical supplies reserves,including the location of emergency logistics centers and optimization models for concurrent allocation and scheduling of emergency supplies.In contrast,international studies predominantly center on model algorithms for emergency medical supplies allocation,emphasizing interdisciplinary research applications.Domestic research hotspots have progressively shifted from the establishment of emergency management systems and strategies to deeper explorations in emergency rescue,health emergency response,and emergency logistics and material allocation.On the international front,research had evolved from foundational studies in mathematical modeling and optimal location selection to broader domains encompassing disaster management and emergency response,emergency medical services and supply chain optimization,scheduling and optimization algorithm applications,as well as innovative applications of emerging technologies such as deep learning in the realm of emergency medical material reserves.Conclusions There exists a convergence in the inception timing and development trends of research on emergency medical material reserves both domestically and internationally,closely tied to the global outbreaks and pandemics of major infectious diseases.The research communities and institutions involved,both domestically and internationally,remain relatively dispersed,awaiting the formation of a broad academic consensus and cohesive research teams.Domestic research primarily focuses on system construction and mode innovation,whereas international research delves deeply into mathematical and computer science disciplines,emphasizing model optimization and strategy design.The overall trend in research is a deepening shift from macro-level theories to concrete practices and from single discipline to interdisciplinary integrations.
