摘要
文章总结杨卫彬教授治疗大动脉炎的临床经验。杨卫彬教授认为营卫失调、血脉失养为大动脉炎的发病基础,邪毒入阴、血脉受损为大动脉炎的发病条件,瘀血作为最重要的病理产物和致病因素贯穿大动脉炎的发病全程,即营卫失调为基,邪为因,瘀为果。此外,他还提出将调营和卫、解毒祛邪、活血通脉作为治疗大动脉炎的基本治法,并举临床验案予以例证说明,以期为临床治疗大动脉炎提供思路和借鉴。
This article summarizes the clinical experience of professor YANG Weibin in treating Takayasu arteritis.He believes that imbalance between ying and wei are the basis of Takayasu arteritis,evil toxin invasion and blood vessel damage are the conditions for the pathogenesis of Takayasu arteritis,and blood stasis as a pathological product and pathogenic factor runs through the whole course of Takayasu arteritis.Disorder of ying and wei is the foundation,and toxin is the cause,and blood stasis is the result.In addition,it is also proposed to regulate ying and wei,detoxify and eliminate evil spirits,and activate blood circulation to open the meridians as the basic treatment methods for treating Takayasu arteritis.Clinical examples are also given to illustrate,in order to provide ideas and reference for the clinical treatment of Takayasu arteritis.
