摘要
胃癌的治疗在临床上仍以化疗、手术干预为主,会对患者身体本身造成一定的伤害。中医药治疗主张“扶正祛邪”,在治疗疾病的同时也能对机体产生固护作用。梁爽教授认为胃癌的核心病机乃是“脾胃亏虚,营虚血瘀”,临床强调补养营血,在去除癌毒的同时养护脾胃,调营活血,虚实兼顾。同时自创“归芪和中汤”,并根据疾病发展程度进行加减。文章另附医案2佐证,以期为临床工作者提供借鉴。
In clinical practice,gastric cancer is still dominated by chemotherapy and surgical intervention,but at the same time,it will also bring great loss to the patient's body.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment advocates"supporting health and dis-pelling evil",which can also have a solid and protective effect on the body while treating diseases.Professor Liang Shuang believes that the core pathogenesis of gastric cancer is"spleen and stomach deficiency,Ying deficiency and blood stasis".Clinical emphasis is on nourishing Ying blood to preserve the spleen and stomach while removing cancer poison,regulating Ying and promoting blood circu-lation,and taking into account both deficiency and deficiency.At the same time,it created its own Guiqi Hezhong Decoction,and added or subdivided according to the degree of disease development.The article also attached medical case 2 evidence,in order to provide reference for clinical workers.
