摘要
目的探讨孕妇龋齿风险对儿童龋易感性的影响。方法选取医院2022年至2023年进行产前检查的孕妇120例,通过问卷调查法和口腔检查评估孕妇的口腔健康状况,并依据龋病风险等级分为高风险组(58例)和低风险组(62例)。对孕妇进行唾液微生物学检测,并对其子女在6个月、1岁、2岁时进行口腔检查和变形链球菌检测(S.mutans检测)。结果高风险组孕妇与低风险组孕妇在开放龋洞数(出现龋洞的数量)、每天吃零食频率、刷牙情况和含氟牙膏使用情况、Dentocult SM检测、Dentobuff Strip检测、Dentocule LB检测方面存在显著差异(P<0.05)。高风险组儿童的成洞龋和非洞龋患龋率均显著高于低风险组(P<0.05)。高风险组儿童在6个月、1岁、2岁时的S.mutans检出率分别为29.31%,41.38%,65.52%,显著高于低风险组的12.90%,22.58%,33.87%(P<0.05)。结论母亲龋齿风险与儿童龋易感性呈正相关,高龋风险孕妇的子女更易患龋且S.mutans定植率更高。
Objective To investigate the effect of pregnant women's dental caries risk on the children's susceptibility to dental caries.Methods A total of 120 pregnant women who underwent prenatal check ups in the hospital from 2022 to 2023 were selected.The oral health status of pregnant women was evaluated through questionnaire survey and oral examination,and they were divided into high-risk group(58 cases)and low-risk group(62 cases)based on the risk level of dental caries.The saliva microbiological testing on pregnant women was conducted,and oral examinations and S.mutans testing were conducted on their children at 6 months,1 year,and 2 years old.Results There were significant differences between high-risk and low-risk pregnant women in terms of the number of open cavities(the number of cavities present),daily snack frequency,brushing behavior,use of fluoride toothpaste,Dentocult SM test,Dentobuff Strip test,and Dentocule LB test(P<0.05).The incidence of both cavity caries and non-cavity caries in children in the high-risk group was significantly higher than that in the low-risk group(P<0.05).The detection rates of S.mutants in high-risk children at 6 months,1 year,and 2 years old were 29.31%,41.38%,and 65.52%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 12.90%,22.58%,and 33.87%in the low-risk group(P<0.05).Conclusion The risk of maternal dental caries is positively correlated with the susceptibility of children to dental caries.Children of pregnant women with high dental caries risk are more susceptible to dental caries and have a higher rate of S.mutant colonization.
