摘要 目的分析低龄儿童龋(early childhood caries,ECC)的影响因素。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月于南京市江宁区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心体检的1688例低龄儿童,以是否出现儿童龋分为有儿童龋组(531例)与无儿童龋组(1157例)。整理、分析儿童及母亲资料,采用单因素分析、多因素Logistic回归分析法对ECC的危险因素进行分析。结果1688例低龄儿童中儿童龋531例,患病率为31.46%;两组睡前吃甜点或喝奶、刷牙频率、开始刷牙时间、母亲孕期吸烟、母亲维生素摄入、母亲微量元素补充、母亲口腔健康状况、母亲受教育程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。睡前吃甜点或喝奶、刷牙频率、母亲孕期吸烟、母亲维生素摄入、母亲微量元素补充、母亲口腔健康状况及母亲受教育程度是ECC的独立危险因素(OR=5.721、1.925、1.972、1.992、2.445、2.051、1.932,P<0.05)。结论睡前吃甜点或喝奶、刷牙频率、母亲孕期吸烟、母亲维生素摄入、母亲微量元素补充、母亲口腔健康状况及母亲受教育程度是ECC发生的独立危险因素。 Objective To analyze the influencing factors of early childhood caries(ECC).Methods A total of 1688 children who underwent physical examination at the Jiangning District Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected.According to the presence or absence of caries in children,they were divided into children caries group(531 cases)and no children caries group(1157 cases).The data of children and mothers were analyzed,and the risk factors of ECC were analyzed by single factor analysis and multiple Logistic regression analysis.Results There were 531 caries in 1688 children with a prevalence of 31.46%.Compared between the two groups of eating desserts or drinking milk before bedtime,brushing frequency,starting brushing time,maternal smoking during pregnancy,maternal vitamin intake,maternal trace element supplementation,maternal oral health status,and maternal education level,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Eating dessert or drinking milk before bedtime,frequency of brushing teeth,maternal smoking during pregnancy,maternal vitamin intake,maternal trace element supplementation,maternal oral health status and maternal education level were independent risk factors for ECC(OR=5.721,1.925,1.972,1.992,2.445,2.051,1.932,P<0.05).Conclusion Eating dessert or drinking milk before going to bed,frequency of brushing teeth,maternal smoking during pregnancy,maternal vitamin intake,maternal trace element supplement,maternal oral health status and maternal education level are independent risk factors for the occurrence of ECC.
