摘要
目的:探讨短期功能可塑训练在行间歇性外斜视矫正术患儿中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月于郑州市第二人民医院行间歇性外斜视矫正术治疗的80例患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患儿采取常规训练,观察组患儿采取短期功能可塑训练,两组患儿训练时间均为12周。对两组患儿平均融合值、视功能重建情况、立体视觉恢复情况、眼位情况、眼位回退率以及生活质量进行比较。结果:干预3个月后,观察组患儿平均融合值、视功能重建情况、立体视觉恢复情况、正位所占比例、健康调查简表(SF-36)各项评分均高于对照组,过矫以及欠矫所占比例、眼位回退率均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:短期功能可塑训练可促进行间歇性外斜视矫正术患儿术后视功能重建,有效降低眼位回退率,利于改善患儿生活质量。
Objective:To explore the application value of short-term functional malleable training in children undergoing intermittent exotropia correction surgery.Methods:A total of 80 children who underwent intermittent exotropia correction surgery in Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The children in the control group received conventional training,while those in the observation group received short-term malleable functional training.The training time for both groups of children was 12 weeks.The average fusion value,visual function reconstruction,stereoscopic vision recovery,eye position,eye position regression rate and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the average fusion value,visual function reconstruction,stereoscopic vision recovery,the proportion of correct vision,and the scores of the Short Form 36 Health Survey(SF-36)of the patients in the observation group were all higher than the control group,while the proportions of overcorrection and undercorrection and the rate of eye position regression were lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Short-term functional malleable training can promote the postoperative visual function reconstruction of children undergoing intermittent exotropia correction surgery,and effectively reduce the rate of eye position regression.It is conducive to improving the quality of life of children.
