海上衰竭气藏自降解暂堵型修井液研究与应用 被引量:1

4RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF SELF DEGRADING TEMPORARY PLUGGING REPAIR FLUID FOR DEPLETED GAS RESERVOIRS AT SEA

摘要 针对海上某衰竭气藏井大修作业易漏失,孔喉易堵塞,缺乏有效的修井暂堵措施的问题,通过自降解降滤失剂和增黏剂开发、黏度与漏失量适配性优化、暂堵剂粒径优化等方式制备了一种暂堵型储保修井液,并开展了模拟修井全过程的实验评价。结果表明,暂堵后漏失量降低86.7%以上,液体返排率达到71.3%(1 d)和83.4%(5 d)以上,产能自然恢复率达到82.2%(1 d)和88.4%(5 d)以上,解堵后产能恢复率达到94.96%以上。现场施工时静漏失0.1 m^(3)/h,循环漏失0.4 m^(3)/h,实现了良好的暂堵效果。修井解堵后24 h内产气量恢复至36000 m^(3)/d,25 d后产气量基本恢复,表现出良好的暂堵和储保效果。 A temporary plugging type storage and maintenance well fluid was prepared through the development of self-degrading filtration reducers and thickeners,optimization of viscosity and leakage compatibility,and optimization of temporary plugging agent particle size,in response to the problem of easy leakage and blockage of the wellbore during the overhaul operation of a depleted gas reservoir at sea,and the lack of effective temporary plugging measures for well repair.Experimental evaluations were conducted to simulate the entire process of well maintenance.The results showed that after temporary blockage,the leakage rate decreased by more than 86.7%,the liquid backflow rate reached 71.3%(1 d)and 83.4%(5 d),the natural recovery rate of production capacity reached 82.2%(1 d)and 88.4%(5 d),and the recovery rate of production capacity after unblocking reached over 94.96%.During on-site construction,there was a static leakage of 0.1 m³/h and a circulating leakage of 0.4 m3/h,achieving a good temporary blocking effect.After repairing and unblocking the well,the gas production recovered to 36000 m³/d within 24 h,and the gas production basically recovered after 25 days,showing good temporary blockage and storage preservation effects.
