低压漏失井微泡修井液连续油管冲砂技术研究与应用 被引量:1

Research and Application of Continuous Tubing Sand Flushing Technology for Low Pressure Leakage Well Microbubble Workover Fluid

摘要 随着页岩气田开采进入后期,地层能源不足、漏失严重,导致井筒内砂粒大量堆积,严重影响页岩气的生产。在连续油管冲砂作业中,由于地层漏失,无法建立正常循环,不能疏通井筒,因此,文章提出了一种针对低压漏失井的微泡修井液连续油管冲砂技术,并进行研究应用。根据砂粒在不同井段中受力分析,确定了砂粒的沉降速度计算模型,结合连续油管作业技术要求,建立了连续油管冲砂作业上返排量计算模型;结合现场应用,顺利完成了5井次冲砂解堵作业。研究及应用结果表明,在使用微泡修井液建立正常循环的基础上,通过连续油管冲砂上返排量模型确定施工排量,能够解决地层低压漏失问题,顺利完成冲砂解堵作业,为恢复页岩气生产提供条件,具有良好的应用前景。 As shale gas field exploitation enters the later stage,there is a shortage of geological energy and severe leakage,resulting in a large accumulation of sand particles in the wellbore,which seriously affects the production of shale gas.In the sand flushing operation of continuous tubing,due to formation leakage,normal circulation cannot be established and the wellbore cannot be unblocked.Therefore,a microbubble workover fluid continuous tubing sand flushing technology for low-pressure leakage wells is proposed and studied for application.Based on the force analysis of sand particles in different well sections,a calculation model for the settling velocity of sand particles was determined.Combined with the technical requirements of continuous tubing operation,a calculation model for the backflow rate in continuous tubing sand flushing operation was established;Combined with on-site application,5 well flushing and unblocking operations were successfully completed.The research and application results indicate that,based on the establishment of normal circulation using microbubble workover fluid,the construction displacement can be determined through the continuous tubing sand flushing backflow model,which can solve the problem of low-pressure leakage in the formation,successfully complete sand flushing and unblocking operations,and provide conditions for the recovery of shale gas production,with good application prospects.
