摘要
目的:探讨Mulligan动态关节松动术对肩关节周围炎引发肩关节功能障碍患者的康复效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月—2023年12月菏泽市中医医院收治的80例肩关节周围炎引发肩关节功能障碍患者资料,按照不同康复方法将其分为对照组(n=36)及研究组(n=44)。对照组采用肩关节松动术治疗,研究组采用肩关节Mulligan动态关节松动术治疗。两组均治疗2周。对比两组疼痛程度、肩关节功能及肩关节活动度。结果:干预后,研究组的疼痛数字评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的Constant-Murley肩关节功能量表中各项评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组的肩关节屈曲、外展、内旋、外旋活动度均大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用Mulligan动态关节松动术治疗肩关节周围炎引发肩关节功能障碍,能减轻患者的疼痛,增大肩关节活动度,明显改善患者的肩关节功能。
Objective:To explore the rehabilitation effect of Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization on patients with shoulder joint dysfunction caused by shoulder periarthritis.Methods:The data of 80 patients with shoulder joint dysfunction caused by shoulder periarthritis who were treated in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into a control group(n=36)and a study group(n=44)according to the different rehabilitation methods.The control group was treated with shoulder joint mobilization,while the study group was treated with shoulder joint Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The pain degree,shoulder joint function and shoulder joint range of motion of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the Pain Numerical Rating Scale score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each item in the Constant-Murley Shoulder Joint Function Scale of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the ranges of motion of shoulder jointflexion,abduction,internal rotation and external rotation in the study group were bigger than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Mulligan dynamic joint mobilization in the treatment of shoulder joint dysfunction caused by shoulder periarthritis can alleviate the pain of patients,increase the range of motion of the shoulder joint,and significantly improve the shoulder joint function of patients.
