摘要
目的:探究小针刀联合温针灸对粘连期肩周炎患者肩关节功能的影响。方法:选取2019年3月—2020年2月收治的粘连期肩周炎患者90例,对照A组给予常规"C"形针刀联合温针灸治疗,对照B组给予常规"C"形针刀治疗,研究组给予改良"W"形针刀联合温针灸治疗,观察三组Constant-Murley评分、VAS评分、生活自理能力(ADL)评分及血清炎性因子水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照A组的80.00%(24/30)和对照B组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组、对照A组、对照B组Constant-Murley评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),研究组高于对照A组、对照B组(P<0.05);研究组、对照A组、对照B组VAS评分、ADL评分及血清IL-6、TNF-α含量较治疗前降低(P<0.05),研究组低于对照A组、对照B组(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀联合温针灸对粘连期肩周炎有较好治疗效果,可改善肩关节功能,提高生活自理能力,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effects of needle knife combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on Constant-Murley score,VAS score and self-care ability of patients with periarthritis of shoulder in adhesion stage.Methods:90 patients with periarthritis of shoulder in adhesion stage from March 2019 to February 2020 were treated with conventional C-shaped needle-knife combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in control group A,conventional C-shaped needle-knife in control group B,and modified W-shaped needle-knife combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion in study group.The Constant-Murley score,VAS score,ADL score and serum inflammatory factors were observed in three groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 80.00%(24/30)of the control group A and 73.33%(22/30)of the control group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the Constant-Murley scores of study group,control group A and control group B were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),while that of study group was higher than that of control group A and control group B(P<0.05).The VAS score,ADL score and serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in study group,control group A and control group B were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),while those in study group were lower than those in control group A and control group B(P<0.05).Conclusions:Needle knife combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion has a better therapeutic effect on periarthritis of shoulder in adhesion stage.It can improve shoulder joint function and self-care ability of patients.It is worth popularizing.
