摘要
倾听能力是幼儿园教师理解儿童行为的重要能力之一。从行为、认知和情感维度出发,当前幼儿园教师存在倾听姿态缺失、倾听方式欠缺以及倾听结果分析片面等问题。基于此,幼儿园教师应当展现积极的倾听姿态,主动接纳儿童的意义“建构”,努力与儿童同频共振。
Listening ability is one of the important abilities of kindergarten teachers to understand children's behavior.From the perspective of behavioral,cognitive and emotional dimensions,kindergarten teachers currently have problems such as lack of listening posture,inappropriate listening methods and one-sided analysis of listening results.Based on this,kindergarten teachers should show a positive listening posture,actively accept children's meaning"construction",and try to resonate with children.
