小米模式水厂在乡镇老旧水厂改造中的应用及设计

摘要 近年来随着国家城乡供水一体化的大力推进及乡镇居民对饮用水水质需求的不断提升,乡镇老旧水厂的改造刻不容缓。该文针对乡镇水厂存在的净水处理工艺落后、设施老化、运行管理粗放等问题,借鉴小米模式水厂的特点,以具体工程案例探讨其在乡镇老旧水厂改造中的应用,提出采用“沉淀+超滤膜”的短流程装备化水厂来提高水质、节省占地,构建有效的智慧水厂决策模型来提高水厂运行效率、降低成本,以期为国内其他乡镇老旧水厂改造工程提供参考与借鉴。 In recent years,with the strong promotion of the national urban and rural water supply integration and the continuous improvement of the demand for drinking water quality rural residents,the renovation of old rural water plants is imperative.This paper focuses on the problems of backward purification process,aging facilities and extensive operation and management in rural water plants and draws on the characteristics of Xiaomi model water plants.The application of it in the renovation of old rural water plants is discussed by means of specific engineering cases,and it is that the short-flow equipment water plant of"sedimentation ultrafiltration membrane"should be adopted to improve water quality and save land.In order to improve the efficiency of water plants and reduce costs,this paper constructs an effective smart water plant decision model to provide reference for other domestic rural old water plant renovation projects.
