地铁车站侧墙混凝土抗裂应用技术研究

摘要 为解决长期困扰地铁地下车站结构的渗漏问题,本文重点对车站侧墙裂缝产生原因和发展过程进行了调研分析,并通过严选混凝土原材料及优化配合比,加强施工过程的质量控制等,开展地铁车站侧墙早期抗裂应用技术研究。经试验段验证表明:采用低水化热水泥、矿物掺合料掺量为21%、胶凝材料用量降至430 kg/m^(3)、5~10 mm与10~20 mm二级配复配优化骨料级配,以及将粗骨料用量提高至1000 kg/m^(3)以上等技术措施,可有效控制侧墙裂缝,其中,8段侧墙中有4段未发现裂缝,且裂缝数量最多的1段仅为3条。在此基础上,建立了关键质量控制体系并推广应用,有效减少了后续车站混凝土侧墙裂缝,同时显著提升了混凝土侧墙的外观质量。 To address the long-standing issue of water leakage in underground subway station structures,this paper focuses on investigating and analyzing the causes and development process of cracks in station side walls.By strictly selecting concrete raw materials,optimizing the mix proportion,and enhancing quality control during construction,this study carries out research on the application technology for early-age crack resistance in subway station side walls.The results show that technical measures such as using low-heat cement,incorporating 21%mineral admixture,reducing the binder content to 430 kg/m^(3),optimizing aggregate grading with two-stage grading(5~10 mm and 10~20 mm),and increasing the coarse aggregate content to above 1000 kg/m^(3) can effectively control side wall cracks.These measures were verified in a test section,where no cracks were found in four out of eight side wall segments,and the segment with the most cracks had only three.Furthermore,a key quality control system was established and promoted based on these findings,which significantly reduced cracks in subsequent station concrete side walls and noticeably improved their appearance quality.
