地下车站围护结构表面构造对侧墙混凝土性能的影响

摘要 依托徐州地铁京沪高铁西站车站工程,研究不设附加防水层后复合墙结构刚性防水提升技术,在采用水化速率调控及分阶段收缩补偿提升混凝土抗裂抗渗与耐久性的基础上,通过设计试验对比围护结构表面不同构造措施对混凝土性能的影响,进而确定降低外约束的最佳施工方法。结果表明,表面找平对降温阶段收缩影响最大,外约束降低效果最显著,通过围护结构表面找平与隔离层(土工织物)构造降低界面约束力可进一步降低复合侧墙开裂风险。 Relying on Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway west station project of Xuzhou Metro,the rigid waterproofing enhancement technology of composite wall structure without additional waterproofing was studied.On the basis of using hydration rate regulation and phased shrinkage compensation to improve the crack and permeability resistance and durability of concrete,the best construction method of relieving external constraints was determined by comparing the influence of different structural measures of building envelope surface on the performance of concrete.After doing research,the results show that the surface leveling has the greatest impact on the shrinkage in the cooling stage and external restraint reduction.The cracking risk of the composite sidewall could be further reduced through the smooth surface and the geotextile isolation layer of building envelope.
