摘要
为探究培养适应于机器人产业快速发展的机器人工程领域人才,文章在分析了机器人工程专业现存的一些主要问题的基础上,以应用型本科办学为出发点,提出了突出智能制造、研发与课程融合、多主体实践教育的强化工业机器人应用建设方向;围绕新工科建设背景,提出了“一核四链”多元主体多维协同育人新模式、激励成效的学科竞赛建设等策略,为培养具有较强机器人理论知识、实践能力、三创能力的高素质应用型人才提供了参考借鉴。
To explore talent cultivation in the field of robotics engineering suitable for the rapid development of the robotics industry,On the basis of analyzing the main problems existing in robotics engineering major.Taking application-oriented under⁃graduate education as the starting point,this article proposes the application and construction direction of industrial robots with in⁃telligent manufacturing,research and curriculum integration,and multi-agent practical education.Focusing on the background of new engineering education,it proposes a novel"one-core-four-chain"multi-subject,multi-dimensional collaborative education model and the development of incentive-driven discipline competitions,these proposals provide a reference for cultivating highquality applied talents with strong robotics theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and three creativity capabilities.
