摘要
针对老旧小区改造中存在显著的利益冲突现象,基于多主体利益协调视角,构建政府、开发主体、居民三方演化博弈模型,结合Matlab仿真分析,研究各利益主体的演化稳定状态。根据研究结果提出建议:政府应找准干预时机,制定合理的奖惩制度;开发主体应加强沟通,有效寻求持续性收益;居民应结合现实需求,适当行使监督权。以期促进老旧小区改造工作的可持续性,提升城市的综合承载能力和居民的幸福感。
In response to the obvious conflicts of interest present in the renovation of old residential areas,this study constructs a dynamic evolutionary game model involving three parties which are constructing government,developers,and residents based on a multi-agent interest coordination perspective.By combining simulation analysis using MATLAB,the paper examines the evolutionary stable states of each interest group and how parameter variables affect their behavioral strategies.Finally,several recommendations are proposed.The government should identify appropriate intervention timing and establish a reasonable system of rewards and penalties;developers should enhance communication and effectively seek sustainable profits;residents should exercise their supervisory rights appropriately in line with actual needs.The goal is to promote the sustainability of the renovation of aging residential communities,enhancing the city′s overall carrying capacity and residents′sense of well-being.
