摘要
人口老龄化与数字技术革命交汇背景下,数智赋能为老年主动健康管理提供了新的技术支撑与方法创新,然而我国数智化老年主动健康管理仍处于探索发展阶段,其理论内涵和实践路径仍在不断发展完善中。本研究运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,系统梳理数智赋能老年主动健康的基本内涵,在传统TOE理论框架基础上引入人群(Human)因素,形成TOE-H组合框架,突出老年群体的主体性和异质性特征,基于技术、组织、环境、人群四维层面系统剖析数智赋能下老年主动健康管理实践面临的现实困境与解决路径。研究认为,当前数智技术应用存在适老性不足、养老服务体系数字化转型滞后、数字普惠健康服务市场供给失衡、老年群体数字鸿沟突出等现实困境。基于此,建议纵深促进数智服务及应用适老化改造,推动老年健康服务体系数字化转型,完善政策保障与市场生态,强化社会支持与认知引导等,以期为构建中国特色数智化老年主动健康管理体系提供理论参考与实践指导。
Against the backdrop of the convergence of population aging and the digital technology revolution,digital intelligence empowerment provides new technical support and methodological innovation for the active health management of the elderly.However,the digital and intelligent active health management of the elderly is still in the stage of exploration and development in China,and its theoretical connotation and practical path are still constantly evolving and improving.This study employs research methods such as literature review and logical analysis to systematically sort out the basic connotation of digital intelligence empowering the active health of the elderly.Based on the traditional TOE theoretical framework,“Human”factors are introduced to form the TOE-H combination framework,highlighting the subjectivity and heterogeneity characteristics of the elderly group.Based on the four-dimensional aspects of technology,organization,environment and population,this paper systematically analyzes the practical predicaments and solutions faced by the practice of active health management for the elderly empowered by digital intelligence.Research suggests that the fundamental connotation of intelligent empowerment for the active health of the elderly lies in the deep integration of digital intelligence technology and the active health of the elderly,building a data-driven and intelligent decision-making personalized health management model,promoting the transformation of the elderly from passive medical treatment to active prevention,and achieving an overall optimization of their physiological,psychological and social functions.At present,the application of digital and intelligent technologies faces practical predicaments such as insufficient elderly-friendliness,lagging digital transformation of the elderly care service system,imbalance in the supply of the digital inclusive health service market,and a prominent digital divide among the elderly.Based on this,it is suggested to further promote the adaptation of digital and intelligent services and applications for the elderly,drive the digital transformation of the elderly health service system,improve policy guarantees and market ecosystems,strengthen social support and cognitive guidance,etc.,with the aim of providing theoretical references and practical guidance for building a digital and intelligent elderly proactive health management system with Chinese characteristics.
