摘要
近十年来,新疆畜产品贸易规模呈现降低态势,逆差有所扩大,肉类、乳品进口增速较快,羊毛、动物细毛或粗毛等进口逐渐降低,贸易市场有所拓展,目前面临附加值水平低、成本高问题。基于2006-2022年新疆与主要畜产品贸易国家面板数据构造拓展引力模型,结果表明新疆与主要伙伴国畜产品贸易潜力值均属于潜力巨大型,同哈萨克斯坦、白俄罗斯畜产品贸易潜力值较高,与蒙古国贸易潜力值最低。建议加强畜产品产业链合作,提高竞争力,扩大与亚洲、欧洲、南美洲贸易占有率。同时充分利用RCEP各国有利条件,扩大对其出口生皮及皮革贸易额。
In the past ten years,the scale of trade in livestock products in Xinjiang has decreased,the deficit has further expanded,the import of meat and dairy products has grown rapidly,the import of wool and animal fine wool or coarse wool has gradually decreased,and the trade market has expanded.Based on the panel data of Xinjiang and major livestock product trading countries from 2006 to 2022,the results showed that the trade potential of livestock products between Xinjiang and major partner countries was huge,with Kazakhstan and Belarus having a high potential and Mongolia being the lowest.It was recommended to strengthen cooperation in the industrial chain of livestock products,improve competitiveness,and expand the share of trade with Asia,Europe and South America.At the same time,make full use of the favorable conditions of RCEP countries to expand the trade volume of raw hides and leathers exported to them.
