水分含量和添加物对杂交狼尾草青贮饲用价值的影响 被引量:1

摘要 杂交狼尾草以其高产量、品质好等优点,广泛应用于西南地区,但目前对其的青贮技术方法却未被充分研究。本试验研究了不同添加物及水分含量对杂交狼尾草青贮饲用价值的影响。采用四因素三水平L9(3~4)的正交试验进行杂交狼尾草混合青贮,即菌粉种类(无、乳酸菌、EM菌)、酒糟含量(0%、15%、30%)、尿素(2%、3%、4%)、水分含量(62%、70%、78%),共9个处理,3个重复。青贮后测定饲料发酵品质及营养成分。结果显示:9个处理组的感官性状皆达到优,pH相较于一般青贮饲料偏高;添加酒糟对青贮饲料的营养成分影响最大,其次是尿素、水分、菌粉种类;杂交狼尾草在水分含量70%时添加乳酸菌和30%酒糟、2%尿素青贮效果最佳,混合青贮发酵品质最好。 Hybrid Pennisetum has been widely used in southwest China because of its high yield and good quality,but its silage technology has not been fully studied.The experiment aimed to investigate the effects of water content and additives on feeding value of hybrid Pennisetum silage.A 4-factors and 3-levels of L9(34)orthogonal experiment was designed for the hybrid Pennisetum mixed silage,including moisture content(62%,70%,78%),distiller's grains content(0%,15%,30%),urea(2%,3%,4%)and microbial inoculant type(none,lactic acid bacteria,EM bacteria),resulting in a total of 9 treatments with 3 replicate seach.The hybrid Pennisetum mixed silage experiment was conducted.After silage fermentation,the fermentation quality and nutritional components of hybrid Pennisetum silage were measured.The results showed that the sensory properties of all 9 treatment groups reached excellent levels,with the pH higher compared with ordinary silage feed.The nutrient composition of silage was most affected by adding distiller's grains,followed by urea,moisture content,and microbial inoculant type.Silage reached the best effect by adding Lactobacillus,30%distiller's grains and 2%urea with 70%water content of hybrid Pennisetum,and thus the fermentation quality of mixed silage also reached the best.
