摘要
随着智能传播模式的兴起与大国竞争的加剧,国际传播呈现认知建构与情感引导的趋势,各类行为体频繁使用计算宣传活动进行舆论塑造。计算宣传的核心策略是高频散布虚假信息,导致“谎言重复千遍即为真理”不再只是修辞,而成为一种社会现实。从其内在运作机制来看:在叙事层面,操纵者通过部分真实与整体欺瞒、权威符号与来源伪装以及叙事框架与情感共鸣三条路径,为虚假信息赋予权威外观、连贯逻辑与情绪张力;在技术层面,开放平台的参与度算法把早期点击转化为指数级可见度,半开放空间将热点叙事沉淀为群体规范,私密渠道则固化核心信念并储备再循环素材;在社群层面,熟人背书与同温层结构把社会证明与虚假共识迅速放大。多维度的跨平台协同为这种信任增值过程提供了循环式放大机制,多语种互证输出国际报道的表象,官方与草根联动在权威与民意之间构造自我引证,而差异化时序编排延长了虚假信息的生命周期,由此使得计算宣传突破了单点事实核查与平台治理的约束,把重复度转译为真理,在全球信息生态中重塑了可信度的生成逻辑。
With the rise of intelligent communication and the intensification of great-power competition,international communication has shown a trend of cognitive construction and emotional guidance.Various agents frequently employ computational propaganda campaigns to shape public opinion.The core strategy of computational propaganda is the high-frequency dissemination of disinformation,transforming the adage"a lie repeated a thousand times becomes truth"from mere rhetoric into a social reality.At its operational level,manipulators employ three narrative pathways to endow disinformation with an authoritative appearance,coherent logic,and emotional tension,which are partial truth combined with overall deception,the use of authoritative symbols and source camouflage,and narrative framing paired with emotional resonance.At the technology level,engagement algorithms on open platforms convert early clicks into exponential visibility,semi-open spaces solidify trending narratives into group norms,and private channels reinforce core beliefs while stockpiling recyclable content.At the community level,endorsements from acquaintances and echo-chamber structures rapidly amplify social proof and false consensus.Multidimensional cross-platform coordination provides a cyclical amplification mechanism for this trustenhancement process.Multilingual cross-validation creates the appearance of international reporting,while official and grassroots collaboration constructs self-referential loops between authority and public opinion.Differential timing strategies extend the lifecycle of disinformation,enabling computational propaganda to bypass the constraints of single-point fact-checking and platform governance.By translating repetition into truth,it reshapes the logic of credibility generation in the global information ecosystem.
