摘要
文章运用文献资料法、实地考察法和访谈法等研究方法,对苗族传统体育项目手毽在西南地区的发展现状进行分析,发现苗族手毽存在着传承人才缺失,传承内容单一等问题。建议采取以下策略:提高意识,鼓励传承;继承传统,推陈出新;与体育教学衔接,在学校开设苗族手毽体育课;加强苗族传统体育项目的科学研究等,以此来推动西南地区苗族手毽的传承与发展。
This article uses literature review,field investigation,and interview methods to analyze the current development status of the traditional Miao sports project,shuttlecock,in the southwest region.It is found that there are problems such as talent shortage and single inheritance content in the region.Suggestions for adopting several strategies:raising awareness and encouraging inheritance;Inheriting tradition and innovating;Integrate with physical education teaching and offer traditional ethnic sports courses in schools;Strengthen scientific research on traditional Miao sports,in order to promote the inheritance and development of Miao shuttlecock in Southwest China.
