摘要
随着信息化、智慧化教学的不断普及,混合式教学模式在护理教育中的应用日益广泛。血液系统疾病护理作为护理学专业器官系统核心课程,在信息化高速发展的时代背景下如何更好地开展血液系统疾病护理理论教学,以提升学生学习参与度、知识掌握度和实践能力与自主学习能力,是值得探讨的问题。本文通过在血液系统疾病护理课程中探索性应用雨课堂混合式教学,应用小组讨论、翻转课堂、线上视频课、入门和出门测试以及课后作业等混合式教学模式,并对血液系统疾病护理课程学生满意度调查问卷进行初步设计和应用调查。血液系统疾病护理混合式教学学生满意度问卷调查中学生认为效果最好的3项为小组讨论、翻转课堂和线上视频课,部分学生对新教学模式的接受力有待提高;线上课程内容量需进一步调整。学生对混合式教学模式总体满意度较高,通过学生积极投入的学习体验,以期有利于学生自主学习、团队合作、思维能力等的良好培养。
With the continuous popularization of information-based and intelligent teaching,the blended teaching mode is increasingly widely applied in nursing education.Hematological disease nursing,as a core course of the organ system in the nursing major,how to better carry out the theoretical teaching of hematological disease nursing in the context of the rapid development of informatization,so as to enhance students'learning participation,knowledge mastery,practical ability and autonomous learning ability,is a question worthy of exploration.This article explores the application of the rain classroom blended teaching in the nursing course of hematological diseases,applies blended teaching models such as group discussions,flipped classrooms,online video courses,entrance and exit tests,and after-class assignments,and conducts a preliminary design and application investigation of the student satisfaction questionnaire for the nursing course of hematological diseases.In the questionnaire survey on student satisfaction with blended teaching in hematological disease nursing,the three items that students consider to have the best effects are group discussion,flipped classroom and online video courses.The acceptance of the new teaching mode by some students needs to be improved.The content of the online courses needs to be further adjusted.Students have a high overall satisfaction with the blended teaching mode,and through the active involvement of students in the learning experience,it is expected to be conducive to the good cultivation of students'independent learning,teamwork and thinking ability.
